wow. government is giving 40million to CONNECT ALL THE PARKS IN SINGAPORE. except if u want to run a marathon, wad is the point? they shld distribute the money to everyone. 4 million population eh? can get $10 leh. good enough to buy a 729 rubber or a bottle of rubber glue.
